RETURNS POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds :- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 working days.
Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@kozaleathers.com
Please note "custom size" orders cannot be returned unless defective / damaged.

Koza leathers is a scam company. They wouldn't respond to my emails, didn't send anything. After I opened a dispute with paypal on the last day they sent a package (several months after my order). I received the package and it's total garbage. One of the pillow covers has a rusty zipper. They should be authentic leather and were expensive. They are made of a fake plastic material. Not leather. There are scrapes on them so I can tell, but to be sure I cut off a piece with scissors and it burned like stinky paper. Definitely got scammed by Koza Leathers.
